100% advance payment is mandatory for confirming any order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

In rare cases where the product is damaged during transit or an incorrect item is delivered, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

Upon verification, we may provide a replacement at our discretion.

No replacements will be entertained if the complaint is raised after the specified time.
